Rostraver Township Commissioners have released the following pending Zoning Ordinance changes for Oil and Gas Drilling activity in Rostraver Township.
To be voted into law, the citizens of Rostraver Township must be afforded 30 days to review and comment on the proposed Zoning Ordinance(s) before they can be adopted.
Per the township Secretary, the proposed Ordinance(s) will be advertised in the local news paper and the Law Library in Greensburg from May 18-25, 2011.
Worthy Note: The advertising, review period, and formal vote will take place after the Primary Election on May 17, 2011.
